Handling of complaints
It is always disappointing then you have a complaint regarding a product or regarding our service as you have experienced it. We would like to emphasize the importance of mentioning this to us. You can do this either by email, regular post and/or phone. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation.
We will reply to your complaint within 14 days after receipt. When we need more time to reply, we will inform you. We will investigate the complaint and will do our utmost to solve it to everyones satisfaction.
